A lot of college-aged kids like Justin play beer pong, so what's the big deal if he does too, right? Well...
Allegedly the photo was taken about a year and a half ago, making the Biebs only 17 years old at the time!
Some sources are saying that he definitely chugged a few brews that night!
People close to him are saying that the pic was snapped in Canada. Others say it was taken in Georgia or Alabama.
Either way, Bieber wasn't and still isn't old enough to drink in Canada or the U.S.!
