Beyonce & Jay-Z were keeping busy celebrating the holiday in St Barts on Tuesday December 30rd, 2008. Both of them were continuing on with their Caribbean fun.Beyonce Knowles and her hubby Jay Z ventured out on a yacht to catch some rays, with she riding a jet ski while Jay took pictures of his lady in action.Meanwhile, Beyonce explained in a recent interview with Elle magazine.Knowles said “I
