She is said to be having a romance with the Bahari member, Ruby Carr. The rumor began after the singers posted a video on snapchat — showing they are pecking each other on the lips while celebrating the Fourth of July.
Celebrity Dirty Laundry speculated that Gomez might be tired of being single and she is also jealous of her close pal Taylor Swift, who is in a blooming relationship with Tom Hiddleston.
The publication proceeds to theorizing that Gomez really finds it hard to watch her friend enjoy a romantic life, while she is still alone as her heart continues to wander. The site further added, "Is there a possibility that Selena and Ruby are in – or thinking about – a lesbian relationship?"
However, Gossip Cop quickly debunked the report, saying that the lesbian relationship is not true. A source close to Selena Gomez assured the media outlet that the singers are not an item.
