Hilary Duff got it all wrong at the Teen Vogue party last night. Between the combat boots, strange hat, earrings and hair, I don't know where to begin! Someone needs to tell Hilary to stop raiding her mothers closet. Maybe she could try out the fashions one at a time or in the case of the hat, never!
